• Products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.

• Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

• By placing an order, you authorize Arthrimed Plus to charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method.

• We use secure, reputable payment processors. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders promptly; however, delivery times depend on destination, carrier availability, customs processing (where applicable), weather conditions, and other external factors.

• Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable fees are displayed during checkout.

• Once products leave our facilities, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Arthrimed Plus is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit unless caused by our negligence.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Health Products & Supplements

Due to health and safety regulations, all sales of supplements, vitamins, and consumable products are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Non-Consumable Products

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in resalable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

6. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

• Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

• Promotions may be time-limited and subject to product availability.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
